  • Restart your computer.
  • If you are unable to receive only certain email, check your “Junk Folder”.

  • In Outlook at the bottom right of your screen, if it says “Working Offline”, you need to reconnect. Some versions of Outlook you can click on “Working Offline”, then “Work Online”. In Outlook 2016, in the top menu bar, navigate to the “Send / Receive” tab and click on “Work Offline”. It should connect.

  • When  you restart Outlook, does it ask for a username and password? Double check to make sure both are correct.
