Field Technician (Full-time)
Our field technicians are responsible for visiting clients on-site and fixing their technical issues. You must LOVE working with people, you might be interacting with over 100 people per day.
Preferred experience: Microsoft Exchange Online & On-Premise, Microsoft Server, Windows 7 thru 10, TCP/IP networking, previous job in customer service. CompTIA and Microsoft certs are a big plus.
Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) (Remote)
Our administrative assistants are responsible for organizing and relaying information between customers, employees, and vendors, and in general making everyone's lives easier.
Preferred experience: Previous remote job or entrepreneurial experience, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, able to learn software quickly, loves to talk to people.
